Justus Oehler joins the jury for the 2019 AWDA Awards
The Berlin-based partner has been chosen to sit on the jury for the prestigious awards, which exclusively recognises the work of women in design.
Pentagram’s Justus Oehler has been announced as a jury member at this year’s AWDA awards.
AWDA, Aiap Women in Design Award, is the first global award dedicated to women in design, open to international women designers with a focus in visual communication design. In keeping with Aiap’s extensive design research activities, the Award acknowledges the contribution of women designers past and present.
A celebration of women in design, the Award investigates the idioms, poetics and different approaches to visual communication design by identifying contributions, and by highlighting testimonies, styles and trends by women. The longstanding award series has recognised many illustrious designers since its inception in 2012, including current Pentagram partner Astrid Stavro, who won the AWDA Award in 2015.
